About Us

Char Heeler

Char Heeler is the General Partner of Top Quality Tax Services. She has been serving businesses and individuals in the Twin Cities metro area for over 30 years.

Char obtained her Associate Degree in Banking Operations and Finance from the American Institute of Banking, now known as, Minnesota Bankers Association. Char began her career working in one of the major national banks, where for 15 years she worked in administrative and management capacities in commercial loans, treasury tax accounting, departmental systems analysis and financial statement preparation.

In 1990 Char opened Top Quality Tax Services and has provided personal and business income tax preparation along with other accounting services for her clients. With her experience Char provides her clients with the comfort of knowing their business accounting is accurately maintained and tax returns are completed in a timely manner.

Char is an AFSP Record of Completion holder.  This was formerly RTRP (Registered Tax Return Preparer).  She is up to date on federal tax laws and ethics that are required for the AFSP designation.  She also is a member of the NSTP (National Society of Tax Professionals).
